B2B Sales Representative for Web Design (Commission-based)

Job Summary:

Our company is seeking a highly-motivated and experienced B2B Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. As a commission-based B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships, and closing sales deals for our web design services. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals in the B2B market.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.
Conduct research and analysis to understand customer needs, identify potential clients, and create effective sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers, highlighting the value and benefits of our web design services.
Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress to the sales manager.
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the web design industry.
Proven track record of generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Compensation:

This position is commission-based only. The successful candidate will receive a competitive commission on every sale they make. There is no base salary or benefits package offered with this position.
