Our Refund Process
Thanks for purchasing our products at LakeashaandCo.com operated by Lakeasha Jackson.
Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items that expire as soon as they are delivered. Our refund policy is All Sales Final. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In which case, most products sold on our website are ready for download immediately.
For any other physical items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 5 calendar days of the purchase. The item must unopened and in its original condition. Contact our customer services department to get a shipping label. Return shipping fee will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
If our physical products arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Chargebacks (if applicable)
If any person is found making false claims through our internal investigation, we will pursue the matter criminally and or legally. Examples include but are not limited to reporting the crime to local authorities, collection placement, civil claim filing and reporting to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center. We take this matter seriously and will pursue these cases to the full extent of the law. Please note chargeback fees, collection and attorneys fees will be added.
Please note any person filing chargebacks to go around the policies will be subject to the above.
Please note any chargeback filed will forfeit any store credits. If your bank sides with us your store credit will not be reactivated and its lost for good.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com@lakeashajackson.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. This is for physical products only. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org@lakeashajackson.com
Gifts (if applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Our products are shipped within usps, ups and/or fedex. We do not use physical shipment for products other than prints and/or gifts that were ordered. Your downloadable products details will be delivered through email to the email provided during checkout. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
